When Italian hunger strikes, you must never put it off. Even if you’re not Italian. Which I am not. That being said Dubuque Dawgs has one of Iowa’s best mouthfuls of what Chicago calls its own. However, we Iowans are partial to this combination and Illinois isn’t big enough to keep this completely on their side. The Iowa Gallivant has a new best friend and it’s in historic Downtown Dubuque!
