El Cubano! Rubbed pork loin with sliced ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickle, and spicy mustard on ciabatta. The meat was thick and the rest of the ingredients were perfectly portioned to make this sandwich one of the best we’ve had thus far. Welcome to the greatest sandwich expedition in history, Iowa City.
