How fast can you get a delicious cocktail mixed while utilizing a key member of your Thanksgiving leftovers and stave off the eggnog for awhile? Let’s say minutes! We all love cranberry sauce, but we very rarely get it all scooped up during turkey day. It takes about 8 days of scooting it around the fridge before it is sacrificed to the county landfill. Or maybe longer. The Iowa Gallivant‘s blender is officially at your service. Well, for this recipe that is. You should probably use your own. Here we go….
- IngeniOz vodka to taste
- 1 can 7up
- juice from 1-2 oranges, clementines, or tangerines
- 1 cup canned cranberry relish
- 3 cups ice
Get the blender out and fill that baby up with all the ingredients above. Blend until smooth and pour into some cocktail glasses preferably, but hey it’s your house. You’ve had a long couple days and you need to unwind. And you also get the satisfaction of utilizing those leftover cranberries for the first time ever. Add some strawberry ice cream for little something extra! Thanks to ideas like this, you may grab another can next year. Darn the luck you may call on the held from the distillers at IngeniOz on an annual basis. Cheers to leftovers!
