The outskirts of CR is where you’ll find this colorful and entraining restaurant serving traditional Deviled Eggs topped with bacon. Give’em a swirl in that sriracha sauce for a welcoming kick!
Orilla is an unincorporated community that’s nestled right up against West Des Moines and they have a legendary restaurant known as The Chicken! Their jalapeño popper Deviled Eggs have a slow burn that’s awaiting your spicy arrival.
Now, this is how you order steak and eggs! Casablanca has their house made Deviled Eggs as an option for one of your sides and that’s a concept a lot of us can get used to.
The Okoboji area is where you’ll find this family operated grocery store on Main Street-Lake Park. Their cook uses an old family recipe that the locals swear by!
From North Carolina to Southern Iowa! The owners of Sweet Caroline’s hale from Carolina and they brought their Deviled Egg recipes with them. And you MUST get some chicken salad, too!
The Iowa River Landing neighborhood is an entertaining destination in the Iowa City area and it’s where you’ll find Tribute. They use local eggs from Kalona and they’re topped with a tomato vinaigrette, prosciutto, and pickled jalapeños!
Farm to table fare at the Pitchfork! They create all sorts of dishes with local and seasonal ingredients so you’ll need to keep updated on their Facebook page. They said we needed their “Eggs from hell” and we abide….
Deep fried Deviled Eggs at The Som! These are a great way to wander into an appetizer you don’t normally see at a bar while enjoying some saucy chicken wings.
A seafood meal you don’t see everyday in Iowa! Get to the Quad Cities and dive into these lobster Deviled Eggs garnished with caviar and I highly recommend their fresh oysters on the half shell.
Iowa’s largest county is where you’ll find Titonka and these homemade Deviled Eggs at the local grocery store. Another legendary recipe that the locals flock to.Well, folks we had one heck of a great gallivant in search of Deviled Eggs all over Iowa. Did we get tired of eating them? Are you kidding me?????
