Davey’s-Ida Grove, Iowa (Ida County)

One of the best Smash burgers you’re going to find anywhere. The caramelized cheddar is a masterpiece!

The Bronson Bar-Bronson, Iowa (Woodbury County)

The Bronson Burger is a dream come true for all the carnivores out there. Piled with sliced prime rib, melted cheese, crispy onions and BBQ sauce. The sweet potato waffle fries are served with your choice of maple syrup or honey!

The Downtowner Cafe-Atlantic, Iowa (Cass County)

The Downtowner’s signature Patty Melt with some of the best loaded hash browns you’re going to experience!

Garrison’s Pub N Grub-Essex, Iowa (Page County)

This Thursday special is a must-have with their crispy onion rings and a side of those tater twisters. Their beef is freshly ground from across the street at Johnson’s Locker!

Tiger Drive In-Greenfield, Iowa (Adair County)

This is one of the most historic ice cream shops in Iowa! Let’s just say that this burger could make a certain clown wish his burger tasted so good! More cheese curds please….

Wasted Grain-Carroll, Iowa (Carroll County)

The Dominator Burger with jalapeno cream cheese, bacon, green onion and a mango habanero sauce. Do NOT pass on that mac n cheese!

Bob’s Sports Bar & Grill-Alta, Iowa (Buena Vista County)

The Jalapeno Infusion Burger! Jalapeno peppers ground right into the patty with melted cheddar and chipotle mayo. Fried pickle chips are calling your name!

Primrose-Corning, Iowa (Adams County)

Their classic smash style burger with a signature burger sauce at one of Iowa’s best farm to table restaurants. Their kale salad with house made Caesar dressing is amazing!

The Norse Horse Tavern-Elk Horn, Iowa (Shelby County)

Be a Viking for a day in Elk Horn! The SW Iowa Bacon Burger served with crispy onion strings, BBQ sauce and I added a fried egg. OH BABY!

Westside Bar & Grill-Sidney, Iowa (Fremont County)

The Cheddar Mushroom French Onion Burger from the Westside is an excellent way to kickoff your Loess Hills adventure in Sidney!

HWY 7 Cafe-Fonda, Iowa (Pocahontas County)

One of the best classic burgers on HWY 7! The Triple Cheeseburger is a taste of Americana in every bite.

Clearfield Cafe-Clearfield, Iowa (Taylor County)

The Bourbon Burger is a saucy way to enjoy Clearfield along with their excellent salad bar!

rAyr Market-Mount Ayr, Iowa (Ringgold County)

Dairy Queen-Denison, Iowa (Crawford County)

One of the greatest old school DQ’s of all time! Open seasonally and it has a huge fan base. The Nebraskaland is a breaded burger patty that’s deep fried to perfection and always served scorching hot!

There’s tons of great restaurants, scenic drives, wonderful Main Streets, and fantastic locals that can’t wait to see us in Western Iowa. Get on this burger road and keep going until you’ve experienced them all!
