Nestled right in the middle of the towns of Iowa City and Muscatine is the rural community of Nichols and they are showing how East Central Iowa how to innovate. So many times we look to the major metro areas for edgy, creative, and original culinary creations. Here’s the deal, folks. Go ahead and head to those cities but don’t forget to see what’s on the way. Newt’s Cafe is whipping up some delicious and interesting menu items and one of them landed right in the middle of our Best Between Bread series. Time to get stuffed!

Not only is it delicious, it’s also huge! Not only is her biskets abd gravy amazing but the coffee is one of the best cups ive ever had and her breakfaat sandwiches and jalapino poper panini is amazing! Shes a must stop on ur way threw pur tiny town! ^-^
